Impossible to get the bin picked up. Booked for up to 14 days hire, asked them to pick up at around 11 days mark. Now day 16/17, they said earliest time for them to pick up is day 21. The bin is blocking my driveway which we use for council bin collection. Spoke to Jodie, she said I have bin hired for 20 days, how they're delayed, claimed she told me there's always delay which is a lie. We haven't been able to have our council bins emptied for over 2 weeks now. It's ridiculous how they use your place as bin storage. At this stage they couldn't even give a firm collection date.
5 stars for these guys. We needed a skip urgently, they advised us of the appropriate size. The size was perfect for our needs. The service was prompt. Super helpful totally recommend ace!
Ace skips provided me with a skip bin and the entire process from the first phone call was seamless and very efficient we had to get a bigger bin as advised by the sales team and sure enough they were right. 5 stars for their service, knowledge and pricing.

Hired their skip bin in Ingleburn and the service was top-notch! They were super friendly and the pricing was very reasonable. I was impressed with how affordable it was compared to other options I had. Got back to me faster that I expected. The skip bin was delivered on schedule, and its collection was just as timely and hassle-free. Would def book again.
